Small town - beautiful old town.

Despite the town being small the old town is perfect - it has an unbelievable atmosphere. Lot of shops, restaurants.

This small city on the borders of Germany to Austria is a place that gives the visitor the chance to lean back and enjoy life. Away from the noises of the big cities one can hike through forests or visit the castles nearby or just enjoy life on the lakeside whichever lake he decides to visit. We will be here... More

A gauntlet of small local restaurants with great food. When the weather is nice they set up tables outside on the cobbestones. After enjoying dinner you can walk a short distance and enjoy ice cream and an expresso.

I have seen many beautiful small towns during this trip. Yes it's beautiful but looks similar to the others. It's not like "OMG! I need to picture this moment i found hidden jewel!" It's more like "Me arrived here. Hm fussen A..?"

We so much enjoyed walking thru this old town on a late Sunday afternoon. Bakeries were still open so we snacked but by 5 pm many of the stores had closed. At dinner we sat outside on the cobblestoned street at a table under an umbrella and had a delicious and light dinner. After dinner, as we wandered thru the... More

The altstad is very well conserved and some streets makes you fell like in a doll´s house. Nice shopps and restaurants.

I loved Fussen! So, quaint and charming filled with scrumptious Bavarian style restaurants and little shops. Enjoy discovering this charming area.

It´s amazing... all the city is wonderful, and it´s not far from Munich. I would recommend to visit Fussen if you are in Munich. Love this city, I have been there twice and I would like to come back.

When you think Europe, this is what comes to mind. It was the picture perfect pedestrian town filled with tiny alleys and shops and endless character. It was like wandering through a Disney film.
