Nuremburg boasts one of the prettiest zoos in Germany. It's well-designed paths among the animal enclosures give it a park-like feel. Even if you're not that into animals (like my wife), you'll enjoy the pleasant stroll. The collection of animals is nice, although nothing particularly special. If you are in Nuremberg for more than a day and love animals, fresh air, and a good place to take kids, a visit to the Nuremberg Zoo is absolutely worth it.
