We went here somewhat randomly while in Munich. They have a lot of very old and neat artifacts but all of the tags are in German so were basically just strolled though quickly. Only the Roman artifacts were available for viewing when we were there which is why they charged us only 2 euros to get in. I'm sure the Prehistoric and Middle Ages exhibits are equally as worthwhile. The museum is not that huge but feels spacious, the exhibits are well laid out and explained. I went to the archeology museum as a former student of anthropology. The exhibit was on the luxury and decadence of early Romans, most prominently featuring Pompeii.
