This enormous and beautiful church is not to be missed. Amazing plasterwork and an all white interior (unusual for Munich churches) make this architectural masterpiece one of a kind. Great for architecture and history buffs and a nice place to have a quiet moment away from the crowds.

The tour guide mentioned that this was a really good example of parental love. And it really was. Very nice church, interesting and beautiful decorations. Worth the visit.

Of the 5 or 6 cathedrals we saw one afternoon, this was my favorite. It is white marble of amazing carvings. Truly peaceful. Do not miss.

You can still go into the church's interior even during the external renovation. There are access ways available, though they aren't obviously labeled "eingang," just look for a walkway to the door.

The most beautiful of so many outstanding churches. Being renovated this year, but always incredibly impressive!

The church was built in Italian Baroque style in the 17th century. They just finished renovating the interior, really worth a visit!

Popped in here for a bit of culture after visiting St Peters church and therefore disappointed. St Peters beats this hands down but it's still a nice church and I was impressed by the pulpit for the vicar as it's it's a marvellous pice of woodwork.

Very pretty inside and out, the ceiling inside is carved and ornate. Worth stopping in a for a few minutes.

This Church is a landmark, with its two big bell towers, situated next to the Moy palace in the city centre. The church is like most churches, but I have to say it is impressive and worth using 30 minutes on when you first visit Munchen

It is very close to Marienplatz, so nothing to loose to go inside as well. However the inside is pretty flat comparable to St Peter Church or St Michael Church around.
