I took a 2 yr old and 2 month old. We went paddleboating and took a loaf of bread to feed the ducks. Also went to see surfers on the Eisbach. Such a fun day for those of you with very young children in tow!

Very nice to be back after a decade. Very nice sun in the winter but more fun in the summer and hope to be back at that time in the future when the beer gardens are open.

I can not remember any of my visits in Munich (and they are a lot in the last 40 years) that I have not walked there at least once. One ot the largest urban gardens in the world offers the relaxation and quitness we need.

My wife and I have had multiple runs around the English Garden, and we wish we could have a place to run like this every day. There are countless paths to choose from of varying distances as well as several Bier Gardens for pit stops.

At the end of the park, closest to Munich's Centrum, you can watch surfers on the waves of the waterway that enters the park. Really entertaining to watch. Farther into the park, find Seehaus Beer Garden. Great... More

Had a great walk. Very beautiful. Streams and waterfalls with ducks and swans. Absolutely gorgeous. Saw "chinatown". Lovely, relaxing a atmosphere.
