A definite must if you're into science and technology. What can I say, this is by far the most amazing science and tech museum I've every been to. Their collection of antique and modern equipment, exhibits, airplanes never ceased to amaze me. The museum went on, and on and on. A huge mining display in the basement has you walking... more

My fiance is an engineer and truly enjoyed this museum. I liked the hands-on exhibits that I could play with & pretend that I was "making something". We spent probably about 2-3 hours here and didn't get to see everything since it soon became time for the museum to close. I'd say it's well worth the visit. Go early in... more

It is definitely very impressive in terms of the range of its exhibits and its attractive display of working models, try-it-yourself chemical experiments etc. However, I found that I could not read and understand many exhibits since they were all in German. The main exhibits have English placards,... more

We spent a long, rainy day inside the Deutsches Museum and had a great time. There is a Kinder Museum in the basement with water exhibits, things to climb and a bunch of musical instruments to pound on...needless to say, that was the highlight for the kids. They were also impressed by the airplanes, bridges, and giant 'cell' in the... more

To kill some time while friends were at work I visited the Deutsches Museum. It seems to have exhibits on just about every form of technology you could think of from windmills, power generation, cars, flight, space, and boats to name but a few. Most of the exhibits have english information so it's easy to understand. Before I knew it... more
