5 ½ € for a trip in an elevator is a bit stiff but almost worth it, if the weather is nice. The BMW Welt a stone throw away, let's you in to an experience for free ...

We paid 4.5Euro, discounted due to paying for the Hop On /Hop Off, to go up the Tower. The elevator very quickly got the group up to the observation platform. The tower is 219m but the platform is at 190m, this is not a big deal - the view is incredible. Take the time and peruse the Rock Museum -... More

The view is worth the ticket price, you can admire all the places in and around Munich from the top of the tower (291 meters high)

Here you can sniff Britney Spears old tour jeans or stand with a cardboard cutout of Rod Stewart, that may sound like I'm reviewing two different places but... More

You must make sure you go to the correct train station, otherwise you have a long walk. Olympia-Zentrum on the U3 line is the correct one. The lift up to the top is very swift, once up there the views are fantastic. Try to go on a clear day. There are 2 outside levels as well as the inside level.... More

Stunning view of the city. Loved it. Probably not for the faint of heart, I got a little spooked standing right against the glass. It has a sort of guide on the glass to help you understand what you're looking at. Thought that was handy. There's also a restaurant and a mini rock museum at the top. I did not... More
