I absolutely loved visiting the top of Zugspitze. It was about $55 a person for the train and cable car ride to the top but it was absolutely worth it. A must see on your next trip to Bavaria! More

Beautiful and awe inspiring! There are no words for the beauty of this site. Thankfully, we were able to be there early enough to have some great views before the clouds rolled in. More

We travelled to Garmisch-Partenkirchen (and Neuschwanstein) in mid-October, and we were incredibly lucky to have had perfectly clear weather for 2 days. This made our trip near-perfect. We stayed in GP for the night, and took the Zugspitze train up to the mountain and spent about 4 hours walking around, having lunch, and even getting a tan!!. While I realized... More

We visited Zuspitze in the last week of April'12 on a clear day & was welcomed with stunning views. You could see Austiran Alps, Swiss Alps & Italian Alps altogether. Its a must do trip if you are in Munich. We did a day trip from Munich, Germany & it took us around 2 & half hours to reach Zusptize... More

If you are there and it is a clear day you have to go up just because it is there and is Germany's highest mountain. The queue even in off season was quite bad, dread to think how long you have to wait in high season, anyway it was worth it as the view from the top is wunderbar! there... More
