We went during the month of December. We wanted to visit their Christimas Market. We stroll along admiring the beautiful architecture and it was breathtaking. If you are planning a trip to Germany, we highly recommend a visit through Stuggart.

Get a free illustrated city map from the Information office near the main railway station, then follow this pedestrianized street, host to numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Then it runs into the Schloss Platz where most of the city's ancient buildings are nearby, Great place to stroll, sit or take in the city heritage. Recommended!

This is the main place for popular citizens in Stuttgart. Near the Central Train Station (Hauptbanhoff), it's a place to spend some time on stores, take some beer on the beer houses. During the world cups, they put Large TV screens, where the citizes can watch the games and support their teams, of course with lots of beer.

Some good shops, bars, restaurants, the shopping area is a bit crowded during the week, clean, safe and close to the main station.

Its more of a modern twist, but built beautifully still. Hang out during the day with outdoor cafes, or go to the local... More

While this area is full of the typical shops you can find around the world you can also see at night time many buskers. I was impressed by the quality of violin and piano players. For just a few Euro you can request some songs and almost have your private concert. There are some cafes here too. The center is... More
