After seeing other German cities, this plaza is not bad, but far from the charm of more traditional european plazas. It is ample, has some nice buildings a pretty park and the best thing is that is full of young people.

There had been a big event on the night before we arrived so it was not seen at its best. There were trucks and people packing up. But what we did see of the square and buildings looked nice.

This is my favorite spot in Stuttgart! You can watch the world of Stuttgart roll by along with the beauty of a palace before you. Bring a cold bier and some good company and you will find yourself there for hours!

This is a lovely square right in the heart of Stuttgart city centre. Easy to reach by u-bahn or on foot if you're staying nearby. It was quite busy the weekend we were in stuttgart, there was a children's festival taking place. With lots of stalls and activities specifically set up for kids and families enjoying picnics on the grass.... More

If you want to have a cool drink in the sun or just hang out and lie on the lush grass while listening to the rippling water from the fountain. It is also a nice place to bring a picnic share it with friends after a long shopping day.

The Schlossplatz "castle square" is in the city center of Stuttgart. Its located in the middle of the Konigstrasse "king street" where Stuttgarters go to shop, eat, drink and hang out. The Schlossplatz is where many concerts, food and drink fests and other events are held. Christmas market and wine fest are some of the more popular located here and... More

I love schlossplatz especially in spring! The weather is perfect, blue skies, laying on the grass eating icecream under the sun 😌 Just perfect! You can sit around with different people- children, teenagers, adults.. it's right in the centre of stuttgart and alll the events are happening around it always, Christmas market, color festival etc... Any day im just bored... More

We were there on a very hot afternoon. It was a nice place to relax and people watch. The park was a bit crowded, but not horribly so. I

We were only in Stuttgart for one day and were super happy with our choice to stroll through palace square. We walked from our hotel (10 minutes or so) and were fortunate enough to stumble across sommerfest with 5 stages of live music and many, many, beer and ice cream options. Even without the live music, the fountains, statues, and... More
