I'm a car nerd and Porsche is one of my favorite brands. I really wanted to live this place, but it really falls short of expectations. The museum itself is relatively small with a highlight on an art installation over the vehicles. Some great Porsches on display and a cool piece on German rocker Udo Lindenberg. My fellow non gear... I've been here 2 years before. I had some spare time on Sunday and revisited (along with MB museum). Still worth a second visit. Spotted lots of things i'd not seen before. There were some additional exhibits and art displays. Even though it was quite busy with tourist groups it did not detract and it was easy to get away... More

We visited this after the Mercedes Museum. While I would definitely visit the Mercedes Museum again, I would not visit the Porsche Museum again. It is sort of like one long advertisement for Porsche. Fairly superficial in the amount of information, which is a pity as they could tell you about the Porsche company. When you are done, you have... More

My favourite part of the whole museum was the design process section where you could see cars that were section cut to reveal the interior components. I love how the museum included many details on how the vehicles were designed. You definitely get a sense of deep appreciation for all the hard work done by the designers and engineers. Worth a look if you want to see lots of cars on display but not a lot else. Although I have owned Porsches for over 20 years the museum was a bit of a disappointment but what I kind of expected. There are many ways it could improve itself but with Porsche they are likely to leave it as is... More

It was special cause I picked up a 911 Targa and toured the plant as well. As far as museum goes lots of cars to see but history not well displayed.

Great place, younger kids that are into cars would even enjoy it. It starts with Porsche history and goes through the racing years. Plenty of great cars on display.

Nice to spend your time, the building is impressive although is only two floors and the car exhibition is shared with the exhibition of a local famous mucisian.

We visited the museum with friends and found it a very good experience to do in Stuttgart. It offers an overview of the history of all Porsche models and even give you the option to drive one of their cars for an hour. They also have simulators which are good fun. My only minor critic would be that the set... More
