Went here on a sunday and it was smacked full. We bought 3.5 hours and a brush massage. The massage lasted for around 7 minutes and was really bad. A bit of brushing with a brush and that was really it. It seems like there are lots of areas and different things to experience, when there really is a couple... More

My partner and I travelled from Basel for a weekend visit to Baden Baden and chose mid-morning on the Sunday to go to Friedrichsbad as we were given to understand that it would not be crowded at this time. This proved to be the case. We booked the Luxury Package and we did not have to wait for more than... More

Wonderful day at the bath on a Sunday (mixed men and women). Everything worked out fine although we had to wait 40 min for the brush and soap massage (but would highly recomment not to miss on this one). Wonderful 19th century rooms and pools, expert staff, beautiful relaxing room, unforgettable experience. Going often to spas and saunas I was... More

This is a unique experience. When you buy the tickets at reception they tell you it is a nude sauna, and it is. There are mixed days, and days when men and women bathe separately. My wide & I went on a mixed day. There is a white sheet in the locker which you use to cover yourself initially, dry... More

Unfortunately when I visited the spa was more of a cold water spa than a thermal spa. This was quite refreshing though, and enjoyable to swim in the clean and fresh feeling thermal spa water. It is fun as an English person to go to such a large fully nude multi-stage spa, and the roman style decor was fantastic and... More

Good thermal with a lot of diferent pools and temperature. Just be careful with the days, because is a nude thermal. Some days are mixed and some days are separated man and female. A very good place to relax. Places are clean. I just didn't have a chance to do a massage.

The 17 stage bath experience is a must do with the thermal waters at different temperatures guaranteed to make you feel absolutely fresh. But be aware that this is a nude bathing area. You do have couples days and separate days, so choose the right day before going. Wasn't too impressed with the Cream massage, but the scrub was good.

My second visit and if you arrive and see a long Q it's because the baths are full and you have to wait for people to leave before you can enter, we waited for an hour but it was our main reason to visit the town. If your following your sat nav remember most of the centre of town us... More

The baths are well maintained & have an air of early 20th century spa atmosphere. The facilities are clean & in good working order. I had expected a bit more in terms of service & "massage" as it is sold to you, but 8 minutes of scrubbing the body & 8 minutes of body lotion application is hardly a massage... More

Went on garment free Saturday when men and women have separate areas . I found this experience extremely relaxing , and enjoyed all stages. The building is phenomenal and really makes you feel like a part if history. A must try - don't be shy as no one cares! Run extremely well...
