Can't miss it really !! The miniature museum and all the props you probably have seen on the screen. Much better than the lumiere museum!

We were truly impressed with this museum, great fun and very well done. The detail in the miniatures was superb. It is easy to find, and well worth an hour or two of your time. Go enjoy, see for yourself.

Small but brilliant! If you're a movie fan, please do not skip this place. When entering, the setting of the movie "Perfume" is right in front of you. A bit scary but well-decorated. There are lots of things to see, including clothes, props, etc.

Was surprised how interesting this museum was, has more going for it than meets the eye. Dan Olhmann's work on miniature film sets are fantastic and are well worth the visit alone. Majority of museum full of film props from the actual films themselves which will draw everyone's attention. A definite must on every travellers list of things to do... More

What a place. we saw Harry potters magic wand and we met the man behind the museum on one of the floors. We were taking a break on our Way from alsace to Montpellier and can really recommend this as a great place for a break

We ducked into this museum while killing time waiting for an area tour to start. We were really surprised that this museum has multiple floors and a really interesting range of both minatures and moive paraphenalia. Great stop for movie buffs and also quite interesting for kids who might have tired of "old churches". I would strongly recommend this as... More

We thought this would provide brief entertainment, but were enthralled. There is so much to see, and just about all of it is wonderful. There are miniature sets, complete in every detail, artificial dead rats and dogs, weapons, gory body parts (artificial!), and even a giant Alien monster. It's worth every cent of the admission. Prepare to be amazed.

I was hesitant to pay the 9€ entry but it was worth it! This museum has wonderful modern displays. The props are from hollywood (as the many signs around the museum remind you) and the information is displayed clearly as to which films they are from. Cons: There are a lot of stairs and not everything is translated into english.... More

An extensive collection of props, costumes & masks actually used in movies such as Star Wars, Gladiator, IRobot, The Chemist, Planet of the Apes, Silence of the Lambs, & many more. The scale miniature scenes were very well done & would appeal to any miniaturist. The museum is located in a very old building & it was interesting just to... More

I was happily surprised with this museum because from the outside it looks very small, but once you actually get to the exhibit you realize there is a lot to see. And the building itself is beautiful, a typical one from old Lyon. It was my first time in a cinema and miniature museum and I loved it. Many articles... More
