All the instructors and staff knew their stuff and were very friendly and approachable. My wife was with the impovers (Dave) and my daughter was with the juniors (Barney), both had nothing but praise for their instructors. The junior lessons were long (4 hours) but my daughter must have travelled every inch of the three valleys over the week; she's... More

First time skiing and was parallel skiing by the end of the week. Had an instructor called Steve and the man's a genius. Perfect mixture of individual feedback and demonstration. Highly recommended ski school!!!!

3 of us booked a skills class with New Generation and received an excellent 2 hour session. We asked to learn to carve and Tom took us through the basics to putting carved turns together in the two hour session. I went from not really knowing what carving was to being able to string carved turns together. The next day... More

The instructor (Dave at Courcheval 1650) was excellent. Got our 4 year old skiing on green runs on the second day. We were gob smacked and very grateful. She also had fun and really enjoyed it. Would book lessons with them again. Would be good if the lessons could be a little longer, at 2 hours it felt a little... More

Two rubbish skiers - husband with complete crisis of confidence - holiday saved by the delightful Sam who gently and sensitively turned things around in the first half hour - we even managed the blue back to La Tania on the last day - giddy heights! Thanks so much.

Spent the week in a level 2 snowboarding class. Our instructor, Stevie, was just brilliant. Loads of patience no matter how daft we were, he has a great manner and never makes one feel inadequate. He is a championship winning boarder but still able to relate to the newbie problems and offer tips and tricks to resolve riding issues. We... More

Do not book with them again! Very unprofessional. They put me in group 2, despite knowing that I'm a beginner, Because they did not have a lower group they said it would be fine to start with group 2. I started with group 2, and Adam the instructor did not teach anything! Next day I was told I cannot be... More

We joined a level 5 course over 5 mornings (2 hours a day) our instructor Andy was excellent, he took the time to talk to us all and assess our level of experience and aims. We skied a lot of the mountain but also improved our technique and confidence . The group was small and really added to our enjoyment... More

Had level 3 lessons with a group ranging from 6 people to four over the week. Friendly, nicely paced, accommodating my skill and enjoyable sessions with instructor. Easy to spot Alan in his uniform orange ski suit amongst skiers on slopes.

I used New Generation whilst staying in Courchevel 1850, they are fantastic ski instructors with loads of patience. I am a nervous skier and couldn't have asked for nicer instructors who helped build my confidence and enthusiasm. I would highly recommend Barney who I had for 3 lessons. He even managed to get me skiing parallel and doing parallel turns... More
