Thanks for stopping by! You've found Chamonix's oldest, friendliest and best-known snowboard, ski & bike shop. We've been here since 1987, during which time we've been the stop-by spot for every big name rider who's passed through Chamonix - from Darren Berreclough to Jeremy Jones. Our full workshop is open year round for repairs of skis and boards, mountain and road bikes...And year on year we rent the nicest boards & bikes out there.

Great service at Zero G, we went in not knowing what boots to buy (snowboarding) and not havinf any idea on the prices. We walked in and were greeted by J.P who was energetic which helps to sell a product, and helped us through a selection of boots. And helped us to get a better price as it was nearing... More

I arrived in Chamonix having bought boots and bindings together in a uk shop. The bindings did not fit. Doh! So after having a couple of painful days in hired bindings I popped along to Zero G where I had the best service ever! Not only did they sort my painful boots problem with some foot beds but they allowed... More

This was the only mountain bike shop I could find a full face helmet, very chatty and helpful English guy served us - will visit again next time we're in Chamonix.

We hired bikes from Zero G and were extremely impressed! The bikes were new as were the helmets. They provide a puncture repair kit and a locking chain which is appreciated. We managed to pick up a route map from another store thankfully but it would be good for zero g to offer this also - despite this there are... More

We came there to rent 5 high quality road bikes(vtc), the bikes were almost new. The staff were very helpful with adjusting the bikes and showing us several nice bike routes. We had a two wonderful bikerides in the beautiful terrain around Chamonix because the bikes are rented on a 24h basis. We were also allowed to turn the bikes... More

4 of us hired mountain bikes from Zero G, Martin was brilliant throughout the hire process, he has excellent bikes to hire and for good price, his team were professional, had all the bikes ready for us when we said we wanted to collect. They were very flexible as we changed our 3 day hire to 2 without any extra... More

I recently purchased a new Jones snowboard from Zero G. Tom and the guys in the shop were incredibly helpful and accomodating, providing exemplary customer service that's quite rare in this day and age. When I then wanted the board modified and shipped back to the UK they arranged everything for me - nothing was too much trouble! Absolutely first... More

We visited Chamonix to both road cycle and ski though realised it was "out of season" for road cycling. I therefore contacted Zero G and asked if it was possible to hire road bikes for my wife and I. They replied promptly that it was out of season but they did have a couple of Specialized Roubaixs and a Secteur... More

I have been going to chamonix for a few years and had always rented form the quicksilver shop right in the centre of town. They are much more expensive than zero G and service is not the best either. Its a bit of a walk to the end of the main street but it is SO worth it.There are a couple... More

I'm not a snowboarder, so I have only used ZeroG for bike maintenance, but, damn are they good. I took my mountain bike in to ZeroG for a service recently, and I can't rate them enough - they went beyond the call of duty and for a really good price. My bike performs better than when I first got it.... More
