We were lucky in that the weather couldn't have been better and the whole experience was perfect. Well worth the 105 Euros cable car for 2.

Pros: Incredible views of the Alps, ride in cable cars, feeling of being at high altitude, cafe at top, glass box Cons: Very busy-crammed into a cable car with about 70 other people (some of whom are very rude), on a cloudy day you would not be able to see anything Tips: go early when its usually most clear, wear... Far more than just another gondola ride to a mountain top. A bit pricy but comes out as better value if you buy multiple day pass

If you have a clear day, this is a must-do. Like everyone has said, the views are amazing and the experience is unforgettable. The lift to the top is included in the ticket, and the Void attraction makes for some great pictures! We enjoyed watching the hikers and rock climbers. Highly recommended.

Get there early to avoid crowds, we went straight up and barely a wait for stepping into the void! Breathtaking experience, views were unbeatable, a must whilst in Chamonix!

Amazing views. Go as early as possible on a mostly clear day and bring the wide angle lens. You'll have one of the best views anywhere in the world. Stunning.

If you like highs this is the place to go... but don't go to the top on shorts! In a bright blue day the view is amazing!

This is fantastic place to chill out in the height. Or for those who don't climb and want to experience a bit of altitude effect then this is the place to go. But be aware if you go up there in bad weather you won't be rewarded with amazing views for sure. Take some spare clothes because the temperature drop... More

The view from the top and even the midway stop is spectacular! 5 stars! Absolutely worth a visit. The transportation service has some flaws, however. When you buy a ticket you also get a number plate. The number shows what car you are going to take so you don't have to wait in line. Great! When you are entering the... More
