The Cours Lafayette is Toulon's main outdoor market. You can buy food, housewares, clothing and flowers there. Shopped there just this morning and wished that I had remembered to bring my camera as it would've been nice to take pictures of the lovely food and ware for sale. The Cours Lafayette is a long street in the heart of Toulon. Its main attraction is the daily street market. The Toulonnais go there to buy their fruit and vegetables, meats, fish, but also curtains, linen... The prices are extremely competitive. The Cours Lafayette is colorful and very lively. I love it!
