Gaetane guided my wife and I on a private wine tour around Bandol and then a tour of the lovely city of Cassis. We visited 2 wineries, who were both beginning the harvest. The smells of the wineries were as amazing as the wines. We tasted both Rose’s and Red wines. We had lunch at the Le Grand Large in... More

My boyfriend and I did the 9-4 wine tour of Bandol and Cassis and had an amazing time. We visited two wineries and a co-op winery which was great to learn about the types of wine, process, and difference between a winery and a co-op. For lunch in Cassis we enjoyed lunch at Marco Polo restaurant on the harbor. The... More

Remi was such a great tour, taking us to 3 different beautiful vineyards where we tasted delicious wines complimented by cheese bread or olive oil. Me and my friend had such a fun time with Remi as our tour guide! I would highly recommend him!

We spent a full day visiting wineries in and around Aix-en-Provence with Remi, and had a wonderful time. Not only was Remi extremely knowledgeable about wine, but he was very helpful and a great conversationalist, always stopping to answer our questions or take pictures or make an interesting point. Perhaps the most memorable thing about our time with Remi was... More

We had one day from our cruise ship in Provence and saw two wineries, plus had a little time to have lunch in Aix-En-Provence. The tour guide was wonderful, as were the places we visited. I highly recommend this great service and am so thankful we found them! If we would've had to go on the tour bus with 50... More

Booking and payment process was easy and straightforward. Instructions and meeting place was very clear. We had a small group of 4 couples, which was the perfect size. Our guide Remi was very knowledgeable, attentive and patient with the group as we explored, asked questions and took pictures. The wineries selected represented a good regional variety of grapes, wines and... More

Our guide was first of all late and seemed actually hung over. When we got to our first stop, which was nice to see. The view was great and the winery was beautiful, but when you have an inpatient guide you do not feel comfortable to take pictures and take your time to explore the area. He rushed us through... One tour guide, Marion, was very knowledgeable and engaging. Our day included visits to two very different wineries, wine and honey tasting, and a lovely lunch in Aix en Provence. I wish we'd had a little more time for browsing the shops in Aix, bot overall it was a delightful day! I would highly recommend!

Booking and payment was easy. Guide was prompt, experienced, friendly, knowledgable and passionate about wines and the region. She was an excellent driver and good conversationalist. Fantastic vineyards and traditional bouillabaisse in the harbor of Cassis made for a delicious and memorable day in the French countryside. We highly recommend Provence Wine Tours and will contact them again for our... More

I am traveling with my mother , who has limited knowledge on wine, she loved the trip and the guide was patient and knowledgeable. The guide is a wine-maker so we get 1st hand stories on how the provence grape is growed to bottled process
