The harbour is fun, filled with some seriously expensive yachts and with many shops like Hermes, D&G etc Lots to see and do or just have a coffee and watch the world (literally) go by Great fun!

St Tropez is quite hard to get to unless you have plenty of time and are happy to sit in traffic. The best way to reach St Tropez is by Ferry from St Raphael and this adds to the excitement of reaching the old harbour of St Tropez that is also a mecca for the rich and famous. The harbour... More

What a place, quite a show, yachts coming in and you, great restaurants like Le Quai. Only the police is getting excessive with cars, parking,...

I visited St.Tropez in January and then in July and my recommendation is pretty clear - to fully enjoy the calm atmosphere of St. Tropez and the splendid road along the coast, go there during the winter:)

....but take the ferry, helicopter or private yacht....do not try to drive. We took the fully from Cannes...it was about 75 mins each way and was a brilliant way to see the coast. St Tropez is a beautiful French coastal town and is exactly what you would imagine it should be. The harbor is not huge, but during the day... More

I was very disappointed with St. Tropez because you can see only expensive cars and medium sized boats and very expensive coffe , the buildings are in very bad shape.

I lived in Marbella for 5 years and I thought the boats in Puerto Banus were big. Saint Tropez Harbour is in a league of its own. Walk right down the other side and see the really big boats though they are fascinating to sneek a peak of.

Great day out with a fantastic weekly Tuesday market full of antiques as well as the usual market stalls. Fresh produce and prepared dishes all looked amazing. Yachts were stunning in the harbour and the window shopping in designers stores very chic!

This harbor is very similar to other ones found in Corsica or Sardinia (e.g. Porto Cervo): it is full of huge-sized yachts, tourists and restaurants. The water is crystaline and the coast is wonderful, which raises the score for the attraction itself.

You don't want to miss Saint Tropez if you are at the Cote d'Azur. If you want to see the top expensive yachts, this the right place. Going to the harbour at night will be a real pleasure because of the yacht lights and of the whole Harbour in special. It's extremely crowded but you can stop by at any... More
