What with all the restaurants, bars, and even just takeaway places serving amazing baked goods, then all the little shops to buy souvenirs and interesting things, with all the scenery to look at, and the people watching to do... you can run out of time very quickly so for those not based here, I would recommend a full day not... Great place to poke around - and get a little lost. And great places to eat -- especially away from the main dras!

If you are in Nice, it is worthwhile walking through the Old Town to see the old buildings and the very narrow, and crowded with tourists, streets. There are some restaurants here, but I have not gone to any of them.

You can wander round here for hours. Lots of restaurants, cafes and small shops, as well as picturesque squares and alleyways. Fantastic!
