The main entrance door is not open as they are renovating the centre of the Cathedral. Use the side door, clearly marked, and you can still view the magnificent interior. Buy a candle and make a wish to a Saint. Admire the wonderful decoration & the quiet, cool interior away from the crowds.

The cathedral is undergoing refurbishment. It is lovely, but most of it was not open in August 2014. Was a big shame.

Definitely worth the stop inside. Gorgeous detail with many pieces and artwork to view and admire. Currently undergoing some renovation but still open to the public

Read about this in the reviews and went in. Yes it is being renovated however there is still plenty to see. Entry is free, no problems taking photos, but be respectful. It was nice to site down and look at the impressive paintings. I'm not really religious however this was impressive.

This is a beautiful, ancient cathedral built in the Baroque style. We sat down and spent some quiet moments there while listening to some beautiful music. It's right in the heart of Old Town Nice and well worth stopping in.

The cathedral is currently under renovation. It's open, but only a very small part is accessible. Still, very beautiful to see.

It was interesting to see this church, the outside is not as ornate as many churches are, and then to see the beautiful Baroque style inside was great. Not what you are used to seeing after visiting Paris. The history and use of Baroque style is also fascinating.

On the outside, the Cathedrale looks a pretty simple place, but as soon as you go in you are mindblown. The church follows the more sumptuous ornaments that are not found on every church in France, and the acoustics are fenomenal. A great place to listen to the occasional concerts!
