We took a tour from the Cannes port. Xavier was very kind, friendly, and a good guide. He helped us avoid the crowds by getting us to important spots of interest before all the tour buses.
As mentioned in another review, they do drop you at areas and leave you on your own. They are more of a private driver...

Exclusive Riviera Tours was a huge disappointment. My wife and I took them for two half day tours. The first tour was their tour #2, - Monte Carlo/Monaco and Eze Village. The second half day tour was tour #5, Cannes, Antibes and St Paul de Vence. Bottom line on both tours was that they are basically a hired taxi service...

Oliver was wonderful and we took this tour 2 consecutive days. One day we did Cannes/St Paul (a wonderful medieval village based on Oliver's recommendation) and another day we went to Monaco. Our hotel concierge (Palais de la Mediterranee) recommended this tour company and we were delighted. We took the full day tour of Nice, Exe, Monte Carlo and Monaco, Antibes and St. Paul. The weather was not cooperative and unseasonal storms brought challenges which the tour guide negotiated effortlessly and with great charisma. He simply re-arranged the order of the days...
