I just love my daily strolls and bike rides along the Promenade. It was simply glorious. And what fun, you have a microcosm of the whole city right there. Our hotel- The Westminster overlooked the Promenade. Each morning on the patio terrace, we had our breakfast. What a great way to start the day! After sightseeing, we would stop by the terrace again for a drink. Looking at the water was wonderful!!! After dinner, we would walk the promenade! Beautiful! more

The promenade is always bustling with joggers or people having a nice stroll along or people heading down to the beach. There wasn't any time during our stay when the promenade wasn't very busy.
