A great walk from Pont du Loup up the gorge, starts easy then climbs a bit,but that is at a point where most people would think about turning round anyway, either to amble back to the car taking photos or finding somewhere to sit by the river and picnic.

The scenery is Spectactular but you do need a car to access this amazing place. It is pretty hairy driving the roads and there are not many places to pull over to admire the views.

Absolutely beautiful place for a walk. A friend recommended we go. We were utterly thrilled and would recommend anybody take this hike. Beautiful, beautiful. Get away from the tourists & crowds. Well worth the time.

Having previously and unsuccessfully searched for the gorges, we turned to online and found some coordinates that worked well. First we stopped at a a café where there is a viewing point offered for admission of €1. The sign prohibits dogs, but there was no one around, so we took them anyway. There is a concrete walk and steps to... More

Gorges du Loup is a natural landscape located near the Maritime Alpes and it is possible to go with a car following the river. There are some view points, where you can see wonderful views. The best. for me, is located near the town of Gourdon. Moreover, in the way, you see the wonderful town of Gourdon, the little town... More

Great walk along the river bank - very scenic. Good place to take a picnic, on a hot day good idea to take your crocs so you can go for a paddle. We started at the Florian Sweet Factory Confiserie Florian Le Pont du Loup 06140 Tourrettes-sur-Loup France You can park here and visit the sweet factory. From there we... More

Takes time to find but head to bar du loop first to enjoy the vows then head to pint du loud and walk behind the sweet factory to wander along the river bank and dip in the rocks and water. Drive further up the hill in the direction of the chateau to pay €1 to overlook the waterfall and visit... More

The Gorges du Loup is close to where we live so we take visitors along the route on a regular basis. In that sense, this review is "collected" from various different people's opinions with whom we have visited the Gorges. A pleasant drive along the Gorges offers visits to Gourdon, Tourettes sur Loup and Bar sur Loup. The first two... More

Nice short trip by car from St. Paul de Vence. Beautiful scenery. Stopped and paid a Euro to visit the waterfalls - highly recommend this. We were surprised by the waterfall that was almost like a tropical location. We also were able to get a good coffee from the small restaurant.
