I am not normally much of a perfume person and tend to stick to one favourite fragrance. We visited the perfumery and I found the processes they use very interesting. I did purchase some items and am very pleased with them. Our guide was very informative and made the visit enjoyable.

I was there and i t was an awsome trip but photos that are shown here are a bit misleading because they are not in Grasse but in factory in Eze.

We went to this parfumerie during our trip to the French Riviera. Great little tour of how the perfume is made and of course spent way too much...but smell fabulous! We received a discount for being with a group. ..Recommend going if in the area.

This is another building belonging to Fragonard business, pretty similar to the other one. It still offers a guided tour through the perfumes-making process (though it's not a museum) and gives the possibility to try different essences and choose the one which suites you most. It's completely free and you are not forced to buy anything if you don't want... More

Grasse is the place where Chanel no5 parfume comes from( the ingredients) grasse is a beautiful town full of parfumeries. but not must have experience. if you are travelling around cote d'azur well you can drive tophill and see this place. not a miss. but if you have limited time you can skip this part:)

We did a 15 minute tour by a friendly and knowledgable staff that could answer all my queries on perfume making. All for free. Unfortunately we missed he workshop opportunity to create our own perfume. At the end, we were led to store areas with many variety of products from perfume to soap - all make for a great souvenir.... More

We visited the factory during our tour of French Riviera Day Trip (Viator). A free factory tour around 15 min. with a well English speaking nice lady, with lots of information about perfume and soap making while you can see the operational process. The factory tour end at the big factory shop where each group was directed to a different... More

First of all, Grasse is a lovely little city in the mountains. We got there but train then took the bus (the one with the flowers on it, in front of the train station), that gets you right at the door. To go there by foot is for athletes only :-) If you are interested by perfumes, you must make... More

My husband and I werehere because our cruise ship docked at Cannes. We visited Cannes during the morning, but we still had extra time. The tourist information office suggested we take the local bus up to one of the perfume factories in Grasse. This we did, & we are happy we did so. We enjoyed the bus ride (45-60 minutes)... More

If you are holidaying in the area of Cannes and want to spend a day in a picturesque area you have the option to drop in to Grasse, Le Gorge du Loup and Les Tourettes-sur -Loup. We visited Grasse on one morning, had a walk in the town and ended up in the Fragonard Parfumerie. We did a tour (free... More
