I exclusively come to Forville on mondays, for the antiques, flea market and - last but not least - incredible selection of french used books, all priced at 1 € by local "bouquiniste" Dimitri Davidoff, a tall good-looking ruffian of a fellow who is 100% french in spite of his name! Dimitri has read most of the hundreds of books... More

Staying close by Forville Market offered the unexpected bonus of shopping like a Cannois! Pack a picnic for your day trip to Illes de St Honorat: trays of berries, magnificent local cheeses in a diversity I've never seen before. Vegetables, olives, tapenade, nuts and fresh truffles - tres bon! The market is surrounded by cafes and patisseries and classic al... More

My husband, son and I visited the market on a Monday, which is the day the market is filled with antique vendors. Plenty of awesome, good quality, unique antiques to look through with a wide range of price points. There are some pricy objects, but you can also find great deals! I heartily recommend a visit if you are in... More

We love to visit the Forville market on a Saturday morning and are always enchanted by the beautiful produce, so well displayed. Its always busy but not too overwhelming and there is a nice mix of local Cannois ladies and gents going about their business and a richly cosmopolitan blend of tourists from all over the world, clearly enjoying the... Wonderful fresh vegetables, fruits and salads. Fish stalls, butchers, charcuterie and cheeses. And let's not forget the flowers. The Forville market is wonderful and the true sole of Cannes. And after I recommend a glass of wine and sharing platter at Cave ets Vallauris in the traffic free street behind the market and running up toward the railway.

Came here with my 2 year old and bought some of the best home made dried apricots, fresh strawberries and beautiful cherry tomatoes I've ever had. Also bought olives, and tapanades from a stall that was happy for you up taste test. Friendly vendors and fresh beautiful produce - definately worth the trip

Je pourrais passer deux heures de marche environ en admirant le merveilleux produits que l'on trouve rarement dans un supermarché. This is somewhere the locals shop. From flowers to fresh vegetables and fruit, fish, meat, cheese and other delights, this is a wonderful market. Arrive early before the sun rises and the town wakens up, and to have a wider... More

Worth to make a stop there to get some fresh fruits, cheese or olives.. Degustation is a must at the butchers as well. The taste of the local cheese and fresh fruits is incredible. Like from an Jamie Oliver trip :)

Every day 8 to 1. Mondays - antiques, books, etc. The rest of the week - fabulous produce, meats, cheeses, local specialties. The heart of the Cannes cuisine.
