If you don't fancy walking up the steep roads to the chateau area, you can take the free navette shuttle bus ( No 44) from the Square Bourdet Bus station area. Chateau itself well worth a visit - check opening hours. Excellent views from the top. Interesting old church tucked away in a small street.

Attempt to climb up/walk down this hill at your own risk. Breathtaking views once you eventually reach the summit.

The town is very pretty and peaceful to walk around and take photos. We picked up a walking map from the tourist office after it reopened in the afternoon, but then discovered that we had already covered most it by ourselves already. We did this in a day trip from Nice, including the Renoir Museum. There is basically the streets... More

Pretty quiet place to visit. Only a couple of shops at the top. Lots of restaurants near the Chateau. Great jazz, music and light show on Friday and Saturday nights during August.

It's a very little and cute village, and there is a very nice view of Cagnes from the top. There is a nice Castle that could be visited as well..

Take the free bus up to this beautiful pittoresque old town with a view worth your while! Walk through the narrow allies and visit the restaurants at the top. Jimmy's is a really good place with reasonable prices.

Highly recommended. It is not a unique medieval village in southern France, but it has its own charm, different from St. Paul de Vence, Mougins, Eze: very picturesque as well, but less commercial. It's more about how do you feel there. Also worth mentioning the atmosphere while summer evening open air concerts. We loved every minute that we spend there

Highly recommended. The hotel and staff were charming. The 'deluxe' room had a beautiful sea view. The hotel provides an efficient taxi service from the car park to the hotel and the beach. Sun beds on the beach can be reserved at a discount price by the receptionist. The village setting is delightful and a real pleasure to stroll around.... More

Fantastic views from the top of what is a very long walk up a very steep hill, but well worth it! To be fair, the walk is very pretty and the winding, narrow streets are so peaceful. Just avoid setting off in the hottest part of a July day! Or take the bus.....

Quite atmospheric, very good connection to the City center by free navette, great views. Not a big choice of places to eat though.
