Arrive by number 2 bus from Antibes for only 1 euro. Buses every 40 mins. Beware though; opening times are 10 to 5 pm Weds and Sats at this time but we arrived to find it closed until 2 pm and only 2 Sats a month now. and only the gardens open due to an event 'manifestation'. We killed a... More

This is stately old home that is now accessible as a museum piece, situated on several acres of gardens. Most of the gardens are in a basic state of care, but the rose gardens are beautiful. Well worth the miserable EUR 2 per person to get into the site and wander about

We didn't actually go into the Villa, but we walked the coastal walk from the beach to the villa and it was gorgeous. The walkway per say is rough, rocky and steep at times. I would recommend good walking shoes. It was well worth the effort though.

The self-guided tour of the home interior and gardens is a pleasant one. The gift shop items are reasonably priced, too! We enjoyed the walk thru the gardens very much...consider doing the 'Cap Walk' before (from LaGaroupe to Villa Eilenroc).

Visited Eilenroc in July - spent a good 2-3 hours in beautiful surroundings and imagining a bygone era of splendour. The grounds are peaceful and a haven away from the bustle of Antibes. Cost 2 euros and 1.50 on the bus from Antibes. -a bargain. Recommended but check opening iMessage which are limited.

This is the second year in a row we have visited this lovely garden and we will come again. The Villa Eilenroc is down a small side street in the Cap d'Antibes with not much parking but we get there at 11 and you can usually park along the road. In May it is open Weds and Sat only and... More

Took bus #2 from the bus station in Antibes. Only the main floor open for visitors not much to see. Talk a walk around the cap

France Winter trip from Cannes to Antibes by Zoran Slavic When I moved from Cannes to AntibesI hoped that the sailboat anchored off Kroazete not just a metaphor for all that I'll see her on this azure landscape. It was an impressive ship. The real wood made, with sails, canvas and powerful. The only thing I had a dilemma about... More

The villa of Dudley and Mrs Beaumont is a fascinating piece of history, and the vast gardens at their best in May and June in this unique location on the tip of Cap dAntibes. You also get a good view of the refurbished gem Chateau de la Croe. Unfortunately when Roman is in residence, the municipality cravenly close Eilenroc "due... More
