I enjoyed this villa which had a glass art show utilizing the space. Loved the provencal wallpapers and fabrics. Took lots of photos. Building isn't large so doesn't take much time to go around. Lovely garden to sit for a break.

Beautiful Pavillion with wonderful interior, but in need of the Love and care given to the restauration at the Caumont. It does not need to be a modern art gallery - it has it's own beauty, but very tired. Gardens lovely. Important building.

Such beautiful gardens hidden from the hustle and bustle; I didn't enter the home itself, just peeked in the door and saw the beautiful staircase. There is an entry fee.

Built for a local Counts girlfriend, this is a place of peace and beauty. It is a little away from the main sites in Aix, but for the extra 15 minutes walk is worth the time and effort. On a sunny day it is a lovely place with the central fountain.

I did not go inside the building, am not sure whether there is fee to be paid. I came here twice just to hang out and do my readings. The garden is particularly nice in the summer with the roses blooming in full effect. The locals come here to have their lunch, which I think is oh so delicate.

Just a lovely house built purely for seduction of the owners mistress. Interesting window details, etc

This enchanting house was about five minutes walk from my rented apartment. The July heat wave was full on, so it was a haven to visit the gardens and rest in the shade. I visited on the first Sunday of the month so the entrance and exhibition was free. The coloured glass exhibits may not be to everyone's taste, but... More

Nice garden to take a rest with small children, outside of the crowdy streets of Aix. Unfortunately the beautiful lawns cannot be touched and therefore you can only use the small gravel paths.

The gardens are lovely and very peaceful. It was nice to be able to just sit there and enjoy them. During the tour we were told the story about the house and it is very, very interesting. There are a lot of originals still there and it is a beautiful place. I enjoyed it very much. I am not sure if... More
