Where ever I travel in the world I always try to visit the local aquarium. I can honestly say that this is one of my favourite one. After the visit you can enjoy a drink at the cafe on the top floor overlooking the tropical forest.

It is well worth a visit even if it's a little on the expensive side. The hot house experience at the end was fantastic :)

Great place to take the kids or indeed just for the adults....the the run of mill aquarium and it has a ton opf history but you have some really helpful staff who all speak perfect english....GO ENJOY PEOPLE!

Conveniently located and a nice modern building. Big enough and a good tour around the different waters/oceans in the world. (Luckily didn't focus on sharks and other Discovery Channel hype.) New and nicely laid out. BUT...the Shark Tank was very disappointing. We LOVED the zinc-lined, steam-punk lift you enter at the beginning and the smells of tropical plants in the outdoor jungle section - with piranhas!

Great and abundant sea life educational to say the least so children will be more than interested ,nothing to dislike

A modern, high-tech attraction that superbly blends atmospheric layouts and aquaria with some dramatic fish, including some seriously large sharks. Fun for all the family! Excellent audio guides that are available in a number of languages (we had English) and “link” to numbers on the tanks themselves, so each audio description is specific to a particular tank/scene. Love the shark tank that runs through the building and the pretend dive to start the tour. Que was quite long.
