Sturdy shoes are a must to walk the distance around & through the circuit & to protect you from some of the loose & poorly maintained surfaces. Grandstand viewing is adequate, take a cushion if you need it! The circuit is famous for the 24Hr & the Classic but badly needs an infrastructure update to enable spectators to walk around... More

Having attended Le Mans 24 hour over many years, this year we opted to stay with Clubmotorsport just a few miles from the track. What a wise choice. We opted to be shuttled to and from the track and enjoyed brilliant, well run facilities. The food included a delicious full English breakfast as well as a good evening meal. Surprisingly,... More

Get a weekend ticket , it's not much more than a day pass and then you can visit Friday saturday and sunday. Lots of stalls with various merchandise, on site camping, and of course the practice events qualifying and main race plus Moto gp 2 , and 3. Wear ear protection , sunscreen if it's hot. Food is over priced... More

Whilst you can visit the Le Mans circuit when there is no race on, it can appear a ghostly unappealing place, but it really comes alive in June for the Le Mans 24 Hours. To get the most from your visit to the race book with an official agent (such as Travel Destinations at www.lemansrace.com) as they have access to... More

After seeing the race and track on the tv it was nice to be able to drive on part of the track! You can't drive around all of the track, in particular the track by the stands which is where the museum is and parts by the roundabouts as (the track goes around these!) My husband was quite excited and... More

I took my wife and 2 sons to visit the track. The atmosphere, and the fact that you can drive part of he track made the trip really special. For those of you who saw Steve McQueen in "Le Mans" you will get goose bumps !

The Le Mans 24hr is a classic event which was excellent I would recommend it to anyone interested in motor racing. This review is more to do with the facilities. Whatever you do bring your own food and drink! This will solve most if the issues. The snack vans serve up some of the worst over priced rubbish I have... More

This was our 8th visit to watch MotoGP - the circuit is easy to find and if you stay in the city the tramway is a very civilised way to go! Bike parking is excellent - you get a 2-part sticker for your bike and have to show one part to get into the car park after the racing. They... More

Went to see classic race and rally cars at Le Mans Tues 23rd April, fantastic day out. Saw cars coming in to check point, servicing area, even access to forming up grid. Could talk to drivers and crew, saw millions of pounds worth of historic vehicles. Drivers included Jaques Laffite, Erik Comas, Olivier Panis, Kenny Brack. Guess how much this... More
