From a distance on the outside, a friend and I had no idea what the hat shaped building was. Once we got closer, we realized it was a church and decided to go inside. The entire wall of stain glass was amazing to see. I recommend a 20 minute visit if you're in Rouen. More

As a Joan of Arc specialist, I am not a fan of the church, with its Viking ship shape, especially since it is right in the center of the Old Market where Joan was burnt at the stake. Everyone I was with called it a monstrosity. It does sort of grow on you, and is worth going in to see... More
