Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, central location. If staying request a room in the older part of the hotel to really enjoy the gothic castle style surroundings. Beautiful and unexpected pool sauna and gym. The restaurant lacks atmosphere but the food is decent. 1 minor criticism, the hotel provides room service but does not give you a room service menu. You... More

We booked this as a late booking this is probably the best hotel we've stayed in. The car was parked up by concierge, the bags brought in and to the room. A recommendation for a restaurant which was booked by the hotel and 20 minutes later we were eating in the most amazing restaurant around the corner from the hotel... More

We arrived late, no plans on staying in Rouen, found hotel de Bourgtheroulde and could not have been happier. This is a great hotel, not good, great. The staff amazing, the building is breathtaking, the rooms are large spotlessly clean and the hotel is full of amazing art works. You are located right in the middle of what turned out... More

My partner and I were warmly welcomed at this hotel. Our luggage was looked after and the car was valet parked. This is necessary as the hotel is so central,, the cafe's and restaurants are visible as you arrive. We were able to get on with our stay and were called on the mobile phone when our room was ready. The room... More

Eat in the restaurant and the food, service and value was excellent. We liked it so much we eat here twice during our three night stay.

This is a well-managed, modern, well-equipped hotel in the old-town area of Rouen just around the corner from the Cathedral and Market Place. It offers valet parking which is essential as parking is difficult. Our room was very well equipped: coffee machine with capsules, free-hanging hangers, proper bathroom lotions and potions and slippers / dressing gown packs etc. Excellent. The... More

The staff here were so helpful both serving our coffee and helping us book a table to eat for the evening in the Brassaire. My friends didn't particularly like the modern black and red interior. The evening meal was most enjoyable.

First of all if you get here by car prepare to have some dificulties and pay 25 euros . It's an old building with a modern interior .My room was the cheapest of the list because it was only for one night and was confortable but wi fi did not reach it. Big bathroom but shower splashes water all over... More

This is a very ancient building converted into hotel. The main building of the hotel is very beautiful and they have maintained it very nicely.I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in April 2014.It is a very good hotel with all modern facilities yet with ancient touch.A must see place in Rouen.
