Never heard of Erik Satie before deciding to visit but this was one of our favorite stops in France. The infrared headsets are sensitive but it was neat to walk around rooms to find the various 'hot' spots. Sort of performance art but in-doors. Gloriously whacky, inventive and fun. I had no real interest in Satie prior to visiting the house whilst holidaying in Honfluer, just knew a few of his piano compositions.This brilliant 'museum' not only revealed much about the inner and outer worlds of Satie and his set, but sets a gold standard for an entertaining, creative and ultimately memorable 'museum' experience. more
