We had a great family tour with Vanessa, who was very knowledgeable of the sites/sights, friendly, and willing to answer any questions we had. The only thing we'd recommend are microphones in the mini-bus as it was a bit difficult to hear her talk all the way in the back seat. Other than that, more time at the sites would... More

I was booked with another company for the trip to Mont Sant. Michel. Unbeknownst to me, my trip was canceled and Normandy Panorama was contacted to include me in their tour to Mont Sant Michel. The tour was excellent and Vanessa gave a very informative tour of the Abbey on Mont Santa Michel. Vanessa was professional, knowledgeable and the tour... More

We toured today with Kathleen Ross. For us, a half-day tour was just the right amount of time - we know some about the landing and battles in Normandy and wanted to experience the location for ourselves. Any time you take a driving tour, you want to be sure the guide/driver can manage the van and the conversation safely and... More

I went on two group tours with Normandy Panorama two days in a row, the D-Day landing beaches tour and the Mont-Saint-Michel tour. As a side note, on both tours there was only one other person on the tour, and to Normandy Panarama's credit, they went ahead with the tours when many other tour companies would have cancelled or turned... We booked a private tour from our cruise ship with Normandy Panorama. Our guide, Pierre-Samuel was amazing. He was so knowledgable about Omaha Beaches, American Cemetery and other historic highlights in the area. He had never ending, thorough information with great detail about the strategies of the military and personal information about the soldiers making us feel like part of... More

We hired Vanessa for a one day tour of Omaha and Juno Beaches and related sites. She was not only very knowledgeable but extremely personable and great company. She also went above and beyond in terms of helping with train tickets, schedules and making the entire visit as enjoyable and problem free as possible. I highly recommend Vanessa to anyone... More

We did the tour on April 7, 2015. Pierre was a fantastic guide. He speaks English like a native and has an advanced degree in military history, so he really enjoys giving the tour and has in-depth knowledge of the area. When we first started I looked at the map and asked about Pegasis Bridge. Though not part of our... More

Pierre-Samuel, of Normany Panorama, is an excellent tour guide and student of history. He led our group on a day long trip, showing us St Mere Eglise, the Airborne Museum, Point Du Hoc, Utah beach , Brecourt Manor, Omaha and the American Cemetery at Colleville sur mer. At every step he was able to make the events of D-Day tangible... More

We toured the Normandy Beaches, Point Du Hoc, the American Cemetery during the flag ceremony and Saint Mere Eglise with Pierre and his knowledge was so deep on every aspect of the war. He made the experience personal with details of his grandparents' experiences during the war and really made the day interesting for all 4 of our kids with... More

My wife And I traveled by train from Paris to Caen for a two day "private" tour of Normandy. I am an avid reader of history and especially the two world wars. Vanessa was our guide day 1 and met us at the train station. Day #1 we saw Bayeu and the fantastic tapestry (I knew nothing of William the... More
