If you're getting a bit tired of all the D-Day museums (which are also special and interesting, don't get me wrong!) this is a different period in history that also deserves some attention. The museum is nice and informative and the tapestry really impressive. More

We arrived at 8:45am and the museum opens at 9:00am. I would advise you to do this as there were many large groups after us and with the audio tour you have to follow the line through the tapestry guide tour. More
