A good place to get info. Staff speak good English and were helpful. A one hour city bus tour starts from here, which was a good way to see the sights.

With tour pass, you can travel the city with a bus, and walking tour. The walking tour is highly recommended, it was amazing that I and my mom really loved to walk around the city. The tourist office is in centre, and very kind, there are some spaces so you can sit down and plan your journey as well.

You will surely get all the answers you need from the friendly staff here. The city tour bus starts and ends here, too - it is a nice way to briefly see the center and mark the place to walk later to. If your target is to find some small souvenirs to take from Lille, better look here, as otherwise... More

Very surprised that more info was not printed in English, considering Eurostar stops here, plus there were quite a few British coaches stopped here. First staff member spoke very little English when we asked about the city bus tour, did manage to boom it and would highly recommend it.

Booked city bus tour only takes 40 minutes but not able to hop on and off. Small gift shop. Worth a visit as very central

We walked up to the tourist office just as the city bus tour was preparing to leave, which was a pleasant surprise as we wasn't sure there was one (and we are big fans!)..the very helpful team sped us through the booking processes and onto the bus. Merci beaucoup!

I found this to be a very useful tourist office and the staff more than happy to help when you point out your lack of useful French language skills what you would like to do while in Lille. Plenty of literature to take away and think about as you wander this beautiful city. The building is part of the charm,... More

I called into this so called "Tourist Office" yesterday to ask if - like in Paris - the local museums had any concessions for the Disabled and their Carers. I was told "No" but was given a leaflet in French with information on what museums were accessible, and was told to buy a Lille City Pass. The attitude was couldn't... More

The tourist office is within an old, beautiful building and is much nicer than the tourist information offices in the UK. The staff were helpful and there is a small shop.

The tourist office is located in the former Gothic private residence of Duke Philippe the Good of Burgundy. The building was badly damaged by fire and remained empty until it was taken over by the city’s tourist information office. Outside, as part of the rebuilding process, a modern war memorial was built into the exterior wall. The building and its... More
