Our camper van holiday in the Pyrenees was excellent - enhanced considerably by the welcome we received at the Camping Le Rey at Louvie-Jouson. It is an immaculate site, beautifully maintained & handy for the village. There are also chalets. The owners were charming & full of good advice about outings - even lending us the books & maps we... We payed a lot of money for this holiday with saga , very poor standard of food and felt we were ripped of , iv had better holidays in the lake district in england the days out ( that we had to pay for were nothing more than a walk along a dirt track. i could'nt wait to get home... More

This is a fantastic tour. Viator really nailed it with this one. After visiting the town of Vic, you head to the Nuria Valley in the Pyrenees. This is as close to paradise as it gets. The spectacular views are worth the price of the tour. From there you visit the town of Queralbs. The views from Queralbs are also... More

There are many reasons to visit this area; spectacular natural beauty, ancient mountain villages and lots of outdoor activities, I was interested in natural spas and started in Bagneres de Luchon. It was around 12 euros for a spa bath including one of the only natural steam rooms in a cave in Europe. Our route roughly followed the Tour de... More

The pyrenees mountains are some of the most beautiful mountians in the world! I highly suggest visiting them. Be careful though, as some areas are steep and may be dangerous. Traveling with a group is recommended.

I have to be honest, I live right in the hearth of this park. For me there is no comparison, the most stunning, unspoiled nature I know. Great sleepy villages, some of them with thermal spas, cheese making farms, that offer free tastings. Mountain lakes, passes, and peaks to chose from. All inhabited by friendly and helpful people. Do yourself... More

Drove this route in my small Honda Jazz (or Honda Fit if that's what you're used to) in early-June 2010 from France to Spain. Could have gone via the Somport Tunnel, but thought it would be nicer to go over the top. As obvious from the map it's very bendy and steep, so you'll probably be stuck behind a tractor... More
