I love this well maintained, clean and bright railway station. The building is a monument I think and is really impressive. it seems they knew how to make pleasant and efficient in those days!

the front of this building is one of the prettiest train stations in France. Easy to navigate. A bit short on elevators if you have luggage. Very helpful staff in the ticket office.

The most beautifully designed building - which I believe is Art Deco. It is very easy to locate - well sign posted. There is plenty of parking near-by - probably the easiest place is the large car park behind the station - there is covered access to the station by escalator or lift. Unlike London terminals there are plenty of... More

Nice journey down through the French countryside to a stunning station. Could do with a few lifts but I appreciate may not fit in with age of building

This an iconic piece of architecture capturing the romance of early railways. It has been used in ads, very photogenic. It is also easy to use. There is a free parking street (ave de Locarno) behind the station, good for a few days, decent little bookshop and a cosy bar down the ramp on ave de Locarno. It also houses... More

I was expecting to spend 7 hours there but thanks to the help from the customer Service people, my return to Paris was expedited by 4 hours & with a refund of 30 euros, of which they retained 10 euros & I received the rest. The cafe food was delicious & the newsagent had nice gifts.

Well worth a quick visit - impressive building from the Imperial age. The destination board is fascinating although not as international as the station building would suggest.

The outside edifice is most impressive and dominates the local landscape. Exceptionally clean and tidy inside. Stain glass windows compliment the great look to the building. Well worth a visit.
