A beautiful chateau with a wonderful and relaxing garden. The main asset is the Count himself, a very nice and friendly person, from whom you can learn a lot. Also the rest of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Many thanx especially to Magdalena. Really worth visiting!

A 2 hour tour: visit of the Château and wine tasting 9 euro 50: A beautiful Chateau which is actually still lived in by the de Colbert family. Extremely interesting guided tour by Madeleine who constantly quizzed the minds of the group of young American and French students I was accompanying. Count de Colbert's talk (in English) on the history... More

What a fabulous place just a stones' throw from the centre of Montpellier !!! We had an amazing lunch in the restaurant seated in the courtyard, the staff super friendly and helpful. After lunch we visited the authentic-lived-in chateau with Madeleine a guide able to share her passion of the place , involving the tourists with interacting guessing etc, :... More

What a beautiful vineyard and Chateau. I happened to be the only person there today - as it was the first really warm Saturday of May and I was told everyone had gone to the beach. So, Madeleine spent extra time with - speaking slowly so that I could understand her French. We tasted five incredible wines and I came... More

We visited the Chateau as part of a business trip and were blown away by the evening, a fascinating tour of the house and grounds followed by a super wine tasting session. I along with my colleagues came away with a good selection of wine which I then needed to get in my case to come home! Henri was knowledgeable... More

I booked a wine-tasting, tour and buffet for a large group of friends. What a glorious day we had! The chateau is magical, and Madeleine, our guide, is both knowledgeable and entertaining. Pierre, our host, treated us to an informative and enjoyable wine-tasting after which we had a sumptuous buffet. All this was rounded off by the opportunity to spend... More

Our visit here was one of the best! Madeleine guided us through a tour of the grounds and Chateau which is the home of Count and Countess Henri de Colbert. We then had a talk and wine tasting by their son Pierre de Colbert which was both informative and enjoyable, this was followed by the most amazing buffet organised by... More

We had a great time there. Our guide was so nice and kind, she always tried to speak slowly in French to make sure that everybody understand everything. It was really interesting and memorable, we had so much fun. The wine tasting was a great experience and we learnt a lot as well. :) Thank you!

Nice and recommendable experience! By paying small amount you get access to castle´s gardens and introduction into their home made produced wines. Wine tasting was a great experience thanks to the lady who invested a lot of time in it and shared a lot of information about history and organisation of the winegardens and the castle, as about the whole... The most unique tour of a chateau I've had... the family still lives in the building, so the rooms which were exquisite and filled with priceless artifacts nonetheless had a "lived in" feel with some personal touches (I liked the juxtaposition of an oil painting portrait from a hundred years ago or more, with a framed photograph of the current...
