a lot bigger than it seems at first. An interesting permanent exhibition and an excellent Max Ernst-related temporary exhibition when I was there.

As I work in a literary museum I was really pleased to discover this in the 'downtown' area. An impressive exhibition of wood engravings on at the time, which I absolutely loved, in a spacious hall adjoining the Bousquet displays. As for M. The interiors are nice (look at the ceilings in the rooms on the first floor!), but there was no particular exposition on display, only hooks hanging from the wall. And there was just a small room dedicated to Joë Bousquet. A bit odd and sad.... Luckily, there was no charge, as my visit took place on the Journees du Patrimoine... More
