We were walking by the Seine and booked a lovely romantic night cruise with these guys. BIG MISTAKE. Unfortunately, during our cruise, my wife cut her foot on glass on the floor of the cruise ship. Rather than saying sorry, the crew ignored the issue and then called the police when I refused to pay the extras bill (€30) because... More

I went on Paris City Vision tour of Normandy by myself. I was in Paris with my friends, but none of them wanted to visit Normandy (which is such a shame). I had traveled all the way from the US and didn't know when I would get to come back, so I wasn't going to miss it. I chose to... More

Excellent tour guide for the day trip to Normandy. She was so knowledgeable and made the trip interesting. The staff we interacted with at the office were very helpful.

Booked this trip in advance on the internet to avoid queueing for the Eiffel Tower.Disappointed that the pre booked ticket did not prevent another 20 min queue at the ticket office to get bus ticket b4 boarding. We were all given coloured stickers but due to confused explanation by guide no one knew what they were doing after initial tour... More

Well planned day trip through beautiful French countryside to Vaux le Vicomte, a perfect gem of a small chateau with excellent lunch facilities or bring a picnic lunch to be enjoyed in a beautiful garden setting. The Fontainbleau restoration allows the visitor to see This magnificent former royal residence in all its splendour. A great alternative to Versailles without the... More

We wanted to go to Giverney and booked it for the 20th, but somehow it showed up on the 21st (when we were leaving) so they told me to come 6/20 in the am but there were no trips to Giverney. They did book us for the afternoon so it did turn out well. The trip was great, a little... More

We had to go to Pariscityvision office at 2,RUE DE PYRAMID to take their bus. We could have easily gone by RER of SNCF,which drops you at terminating station less than half a kilometer from the palace . The operator charged 49 euro for the tickets with audio guide(costing 16 euros) and the bus ride. They did not give any... More

Versailles was beautiful. Transit to and from was absolutely inhumane...105 deg F outside and virtually no air conditioning on the bus...the driver even turned off the bus before departure and while we were on tour...it was a sauna inside...never again will we use...worst experience EVER.!
