Had a wonderful time learning how to cook french food from Constance and also Chef Pino Ficara. The chefs are extremely well trained (have been working in Michelin restaurants) and also are extremely professional organized, and fun. If you're in Paris I would highly recommend taking this course as it not only teaches you how to cook fantastic food but... More

We participated in the French pastry cooking class. It was fantastic because it was "truly hands on" , and it makes it so much easier to understand when you receive the recipes! The desserts were fantastic, and we ate all of them! I truly recommend anyone who loves to bake, to take this class!!

I cannot say enough great things about this cooking school and most particularly Chef Alex. This was my 4th class with him. I took the evening market class. It is just an outrageously good time - I never fail to learn valuable cooking/shopping tips and techniques and the food is amazing. Do yourself a favor if you are heading to... More

What a wonderful way to spend the morning! Our chef was Pino, who was very informative (I learned a lot!) and taught with a great sense of humor. This was a nice break from the well beaten and hectic tourist path and it will be quite impressive to be able to create my very own "taste of France" when I... More

This was a great way to do something a little different in Paris. The class was small, Pino was great and I learnt some new dessert skills. A great way to spend 3 hours, and we were allowed to take home everything we cooked.

On July 1, 2015, myself, my wife, and my 15 year old son took the Morning Market class with Patrick as our chef/instructor. There were 3 other people in the class with 2 more joining us to eat. We started out by going to the markets, with Patrick going through the various foods at the butcher, fish monger, and cheese... More

I had the pleasure of cooking with Constance in the Market class. This was on my bucket list - a cooking class in Paris. Constance took us on a market tour to pick the freshest foods. (I wish we could shop at individual stands daily in the States). We picked out what looked good for the day. I saw some... More

I found this class online and thought it would be a great gift for my husband who loves to cook. We met Patrick outside the Metro stop and proceeded to go shopping. We (7) of us went to the Poultry store, the Fish monger, the Cheese shop and last but not least the fruit and vegetable shop. Along the way... More

I took the baking class because I love croissants and wanted to learn to make them. Not only did we learn to make those but we learned several other things we could make with our croissant dough. The class was small with friendly people and our chef (Pino) was cheerful, knowledgeable and encouraging as we learned and practiced our new... More
