Chef Alex packed our first morning in Paris with lessons, laughter and deliciousness. My daughter and I were prepared for the Macaron class to be serious and technical. Macarons are famously tricky to make and expensive to buy. Because my 11 year old daughter was a little younger than the recommended age, she arrived with her game face on and... More

I took several classes during the course of a week in Paris. All of the chef instructors were excellent, especially Flo. The classes moved at a fast pace and the sessions were well organized. The results of what we made were excellent and I learned a lot in a professional and friendly atmosphere. Now to try the recipes at home!

My mother and niece (12 years old) and I took the Macarons class and loved it! Our instructor chef, Flo, was lots of fun and shared lots and lots of secrets on how to make Macarons. Had no idea how difficulty they are to make properly. We had a wonderful group of 7 people from all over the world and... More

This Morning Market class was a gift from my daughter during our week visit in Paris. Our chef, Alex, was amazing.....mixing a bounty of history, instruction, patience and fun into six plus hours of pure enjoyment. The next day we were in Dehillerin's buying many of the cool tools Alex taught us to use. The very best part was taking... More

My daughter and I have been taking different classes with chefs Flo and Alex. Our experience has been amazing. We have accomplished a lot in our sessions and learned very useful tricks each time. The chefs were very professional, patient and contributed to a very relaxed atmosphere in the group. We were excited to be able to make croissants, macarroons... More

My (adult) son and I took the "market class" and it was terrific. Our Chef (Patrick) took us shopping for the menu and taught us so much about meat, cheeses and fish. There were only 7 of us, so the 'class' was small - and everyone enjoyed each other as much as we did the lesson and the meal that... More

I went with my family of four to this class for my birthday. It was the best present I could have ever asked for. We started out by going to different food markets (including bread, cheese, meat, and fish shops). Patrick, our tour guide and chef, told us about how you can tell your fish and meats are fresh, as... More

We had read great reviews on this excursion. The experience was not at all what we expected. The chef Matt was only willing to do a menu on the most adventurous item octopus. When our group of 3 asked for other items he became upset and combative. We have done several cooking classes in our travels. This was the most... More

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. It is very important for us to learn how our clients experience the class and when it is not at the level that we strive to achieve we are very disappointed and sincerely apologize for the attitude of the Chef on the night and the menu that was chosen. We like to... More

I had a great time at cook'n with class. The place is orginized very well and the staff is so nice. The class was great (took the macaroon class), small amount of people (6) and a hands-on experience. Recommend it totatly!

We went on the croissant class with chef Florian and had the best time. He was very funny and friendly but also very professional and gave us lots of tips and tricks to make the perfect pastries. We made croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastry with custard sauce, raisin and custard wheels and Swiss pastries. All were so delicious. Good... More
