We had a great chef/instructor who was full of fun facts and hints for cooking. Constance kept us on our toes and made sure we each had an opportunity to participate in the shopping and cooking process. Small group size was wonderful.

It's funny that I thought of "baguette" when I heard "French bread" -- but no, we made many, many different breads and it was so much fun. Completely hands on and entertaining, and our class was all levels of experience, so I promise anyone can do this class, learn, and have a blast. We took home a ton of bread,... More

This was a marvelous class. Chef Patrick prepared a superb meal of six courses taking time to talk about each dish. Preston Mohr 's commentaries regarding matching wines with the prepared foods was illuminating. I thought I knew a little about wine, but his knowledge of wines in all respects was an eye opener for me. As meals served are... More

I came to Paris mainly to learn cooking and wine. I did attend 3 classes here, morning market, dessert and baking with chef Alex. All are very great experience, especially for the morning market class, in which you could learn about the materials and french cooking styles, and have great food and wine.

I took this class last year. I have never worked with yeast before and this was a good learning experience. The is in English and all my classmates were foreigners (mostly americans). The class is fairly hands on class. The instructor was super fun! She has a great sense of humour and told us interesting facts about baguette in France... More

My parents and I took a pastry baking class with chef Alex. It was so much fun, one of the highlights of our trip to paris. Chef Alex was fun to work with, and he provides all the recipes he uses so you can make them again at home. Our pastries were delicious and we had a great time. I... More

Patrick Hebert was our personal chef and teacher. He had us at hello and he was an expert in food. Incredible. We went on a market tour and learned about meats, poultries, fish, chesses and then our chef asked for our preferences. We ended up with Duck Magret and St Pierre's fish. By the time we were finished shopping for... More

My 9 year old took the kids cooking class. It was fabulous. Chef Alex was amazing with the kids and had them working hard and having fun. It was her favorite part of our whole trip. My only regret is that I didn't sign up for an adult class. I would recommend this class for any family traveling to Paris.

We absolutely loved this class and apologize for the late review Briony was great - we had her for the macaroons class and I forgot the name of the person who did the other class - he was awesome too! The class was a lot of fun and I would really recommend this to anyone who likes cooking I did... More

What a wonderful experience! We signed up for the evening market class and were blown away by the whole evening. Our chef, Alex, was informative and patient with a wonderful sense of humour. He took us to all the best market places to purchase our dinner, and gave us insight into how these markets function. The class was intimate and... More
