Awesome experience. We learnt so much about making macaroons which has always been tricky for me to make. The chef was amazing. The classes usually have six people in them. We were lucky enough to just have myself and my husband. We ended up over forty macaroons between us. If you are having doubts on whether or not to do... More

I had the best time doing a dessert class!! It was sooooo amazing!!! I learnt so many things while there!!! I definitely recommend this class! The chef that taught me was Australian and I so was half of the class which was a huge coincidence!!! You need to take a class here!!! Make it a priority!!!!

I gave my 10 year granddaughter a class, "Kids and Desserts" and it was fabulous, she loved it! Constance, I believe that was her name was wonderful in explaining how and why you do certain things in baking. The class made sugar cookie dough, chocolate Lava cakes, Croque Monsieur's, salad dressing that went with the salad, and after all was... More

I went to cook'n with class Paris with a group of "international" friends. It was a great experience. We had a great time: we learnt many chef's techniques, we learnt how to cook a great meal - I sure will impress my French mother in law!!-. I loved to go buying our goods to the market with the chef. We really enjoyed the experience of the bread making class. Chef Alex was a good instructor and kept the class entertained. The breads we made were delicious and I feel like I learned enough to replicate (most of) them in my own kitchen.

I completely enjoyed the Mad About Choux pastry class, and learned so much. The class size is perfect, and our chef was so personable and informative. I came away with technique and feel confident I can replicate these wonderful recipes at home. I've already recommended taking classes to other friends soon to visit Paris.

I'm a pastry chef here in Paris and I'm always looking for opportunities to learn new techniques and skills. I took the chocolate course as a don't have to opportunity to work with tempering chocolate often. Such a great class, Chef Alex was highly knowledgeable, organized, and fun. The entire day was one of the best mixes of fun-enjoyable class,... More

During a week-long trip to Paris with my husband's family, our Chef's Table dinner with Preston and Chef Alex (from Cookin' with Class) was our most enjoyable and memorable event. We had hoped to learn about French wine while enjoying a well paired meal, and Preston and Alex exceeded our expectations. I grew up in a family that owns restaurants... More

I booked a Chef's Table Food & Wine Pairing Dinner online as a Christmas gift for my family, and I crossed my fingers that the food and wine would be as good as the reviews said that they would be. The glowing reviews on TripAdvisor are absolutely correct! Preston's expertise of French wines was informative and entertaining (and he's immediately... More
