We popped in after an afternoon in the Luxemberg Gardens. Despite other reviews speaking of long queues we didn't experience this, walked straight in and we were served by a wonderful man who took great time to explain all the flavours to us. We chose a box of 7 which I think was around 14€, seems a bit pricey but... More

We tried the one located on Champs Elysees. The mystery Macaron just blew my mind away. Another favorite was the one that had olive oil in it. This will be on my 'must visit' list every time I visit Paris.

I visited the store on Rue Bonaparte and loved the experience! The store has a really sophisticated, modern fit-out. When I visited (a Tuesday around lunchtime) there was no queue at all. I tried the macarons and the tarte citroen - both of which I found to be lovely and not too sweet. I really enjoyed the whole experience as... More

I don't know how anyone can be rate pierre herme badly, his macarons are by far superior to any others I have tasted. His flavour combinations are quirky and always work. My favourite macaron is the passionfruit and chocolate. I dont know how its done but you get that burst of chocolate and then the aftertaste of tangy passionfruit that... More

If you appreciate the finer aspects of pastries, Pierre Herme is a "must visit" patisserie. The lines can be long, but the wait is worth it. Once you taste a Pierre Herme croissant, you'll understand the difference between the ultimate and the ordinary ones you get in the States.

We visited here earlier in the week - the closest Metro is Saint Sulpice. The cakes here are amazing and well worth the price tag. The staff and attentive and friendly. There are pastries and more cakes located at the back right of the shop as well as some jams so be sure to check these out as well. A... More

We found the shopkeepers helpful, polite, and patient while we made our selections. Who could resist pistachio, dark chocolate, and "mystery flavor of the day"?? We are still working our way through them and each is a delight. Well worth it.

The shop was overcrowded so I had to wait a bit however the service was good once served. Macarons were unusual flavors however loved the mint & raspberry, salted caramel and chocolate macarons. The rest of the flavors were rather strange pistachio & red fruit and milk chocolate & passion fruit.
