This is exactly what it translates as a water taxi nothing more. If you want to actually hear some history and take a boat "TOUR" this is not the boat to take. We only used it to get from one sightseeing place to the next and it worked for our needs, just know this is strictly a taxi, they don't... More

This service is badly organized. I recommend private companies instead. First, there's no signs coming out of the subway. You need to find your way to the water and to the stop. Maps on the Batobus web site are imprecise. Would be simpler to drop a pin on google maps instead. And I wonder if locals are giving bad directions... More

We got on at the Eiffel Tower and then off at the Musee d'orsay then back on for a round trip back to the Eiffel Tower it was nice with friendly staff you could get off at each stop and visit the attraction there as each stop is another place to visit I would recommend getting off at every stop... We bought a 2 day ticket which was lovely. It has the option of getting off and on to look at the sites they go by. This made it easy to see an overall Paris and stop when we wanted. It gave us a nice dry spot to rest while watch the sites go by. I was very happy with... More

Excellent and economical way of accessing the major sites in Paris via the beautiful Seine River. Highly recommend it.

After spending the rest of our trip walking or navigating the metro it was lovely just to sit down and watch Paris drift by. We got some lovely photos and managed to time our trips on the batobus pretty well and got the most out of it for our money.

It was a beautiful spring-like day in Paris so a cruise on the Seine seemed in order. There were three options near my starting point at the Eiffel Tower, but as they were a similar price I chose this one for the apparent flexibility. Things didn't get off to a good start as the slow service at the pay kiosk... More

sadly we purchased our tickets in advance of our trip. When we arrived in Paris we went to the Eiffel first, which we had tickets for. By the time we were done (4:30), we planned to hop on the batobus. Turns out they close at 5 so we got one short ride, opting to get off at Norte Dame cathedral.... More

The best aspect of our trip on the Batobus was all the people watching. It was a particularly warm sunny day when we travelled along the Seine. Eating, drinking, laughing, relaxing in the sun, here was Paris alive before us. Lovers, families, individuals just living life as we sailed by. The lady with the red sunglasses, red shoes and red... This was the perfect way for me and my husband to get around Paris and very easy to use, a lot cheaper than the bus too!
