We really enjoyed this hop on hop off service. Staff were friendly, boat was clean. Great views of Paris. Our enjoyment was short lived when we got home and found they had charged our card twice for a two day family ticket. They are not contactable by phone and the email bounced back from the address on their website. I... More

We caught the first Batobus of the day - 10 am at Notre Dame. What a good way to see the city. Stops at Louvre, Champs Elysses, Musee D'Orsay and others. 15 euros for all day Hop on Hop off.

We bought a family-ticket right by the Eiffel tower and hopped on the Batobus. I don't remember what we payed, but it wasn't expensive. The boat stops at famous places like Notre Dame, Louvre Museum, Champ Elysees and of course Eiffel tower. You can hop on and off as many times as you like. There was always a new boat... More

The batobus is the perfect way of getting around paris for anyone including people with push chairs. The batobus was on time and the location of the stops are perfect and easy to find your way back to.

Does a regular hop on hop off circuit around the main sites, a good way of combining getting about with a river trip on the Seine.

Having lived in Paris for 5 months and had many visitors, I am ashamed to say that I had did not discover the batobus until my most recent trip. The batobus is a lovely way to see the sites. The 8 sites cover some of the essentials in Paris. Its also a lovely break to just ride for a little... More

We really enjoyed our day hopping on and off the Batobus. It's a great service and 15 Euros each for a day. We got on near the Notre Dame and hopped off at the Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. I definitely recommend this.

I have no complaints regarding the service, it's friendly and you get what you pay for except.... I was set upon by 3 thieves at the top of the Batobus exit at the Louvre, they surrounded me stole an old camera (not worth much thankfully). They were aggressive and as I was on the Batobus exit which was a walled... More

This is a great resource for tourists in Paris. Many of the attractions that one would visit on a short visit to Paris are withing easy walking distance of the Seine and, consequently, one of the seven Batobus stops. In addition to transportation, we rode the bus at sunset and had a view of the sun setting over the city... More

Really enjoyed the trip along the Seine using the hop on hop off Batobus. Joined at the Notre Dame and sailed to the Louvre. Got off for a quick lunch in the Jardin deTuilleries. Walked up to Place de La Concorde and re-boarded on to the Tour Eiffel. Quick, clean, efficient and reasonably priced. We could have returned to Notre... More
