This was a great way to break up the wandering around Paris while staying above ground. I've been to Paris several times but never taken the chance to use a boat on the Seine. I... read more

Having spent 3 days underground on the Metro and walking many more miles than I would have liked, the 'boat-bus' is so much more relaxing and a very much more straightforward way to get around Paris. Plan 2-3 of your days around the sights close to the boat stations and you'll not only avoid a lot of walking but you'll... More

This was a great way to break up the wandering around Paris while staying above ground. I've been to Paris several times but never taken the chance to use a boat on the Seine. I did no research, just came across the Batobus outside Notre Dame and used it to hop on-hop off a few times. The boats are under... More

Batobus was great for seeing Paris! The boat is big and staff are friendly, only thing I would mark down on is that where was no map available telling you where to get on as the river is huge!!!

We used this service 3 of our 7 days in Paris and were so happy with it and highly recommend it. The main station is at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and it has stops at all of the major attractions along the Seine. The staff was very helpful. The only downside was that service didn't start until 10... More

You can take a scenic break from getting around Paris on the metro by using the batobus. It's a hop-on-hop-off boat that cruises up and down the Seine River for a day-long pass. It passes by the important sights so you can really see Paris from the water, plus get to where you are going!

The Batobus is a hop-on/hop off boat that has a route between 9 of Paris' main attractions including Musee D'Orsay, Notre Dame Cahtedral, Champs Elysees, the Louvre and the Eiffel tower. it's a real bargain. A daily pass costs EU16, but you can get a 2-day pass for EU19. It's a very relaxing way to get to some of Paris'... More

Batobus is not up to its competitor BigBus tours, the earphone tour is okay but we found it was either way before you reach the point of seeing the landmark or just never gave you more than a short nondescript spiel of no real value. It's a better service if you know where you want to go and just use... More

This isn't a sightseeing trip with a commentary as such, it's more a hop on hop off service with convenient embarcation points along the Seine compared to the bateaux mouche, it's a very leisurely ride.

If you're looking for a nice ride on the Seine this is a great idea. If you think that this will be a convenient way to travel through the city be aware that the hop on hop off buses are a much better way to go, at least it was when I was there. The boats were travelling 45 minutes... More

Bought my ticket online before travelling and opted for my last day thinking it would be a nice way to view Paris hours before my flight and it certainly was... On Tuesday last 22nd Dec I walked on board at the Notre Dame Cathedral stop and remained on the full trip around, not wanting that to be my last sighting... More
