Great idea, you buy a one-day or two- day pass which allows you to hop on or off between one end of the River Seine to the other side of Paris. Quicker than the metro, great sights, a must do when in Paris.

Along the river Seine from the Gare D’Austerlitz on the Quai Saint Bernard is a stop for the Batobus one of a number of companies running tour boats on the river. The boat stop is in walking distance from the railway station. Once aboard the boat you can hop on and hop off as you travel as far as the... More

After walking the streets of Paris it is great to just sit down in a boat to relax and just view the world go by. These boats are a great way to get around and "hop on/hop" of is a great option. 16 euro per person for the daytrip valid from 10am to 5pm in the winter. We think it... More

This is the best way to enjoy a cruise along the Seine. Take the 2 day pass, it's well worth it. Allows unlimited rides. It's an economical and scenic way to cover the major attractions in Paris like The Eiffel, Louvre, Notre Dame, St Germaine, Musee d'Orsay. Tip- take the entire cruise at night, passing all the stops. Beautiful!

The Batobus is a great way to see the buildings that border the Seine. It's basically a circular toour that stops at convenient locations for most of the major attractions. We boarded on the South side by Notre Dame and took the "bus" to the Eiffel Tower.

On a rather wet day we decided to take the batobus (16 euros for one adult) to visit some attractions. It was a great idea and saved us getting too wet. We hopped off to see St Germain area, Notre Dame, the Louvre area and Eiffel Tower.Because of the rain we had to leave the Botanical garden for another day.... More
