We bought tickets which lasted 2 days (only 3 euros extra) and got on and off to visit the different areas of the city. The views from the boat are really good and the stops are convenient for all the famous sights. All the crews were helpful and friendly. An excellent way to get about. More

The Batobus is essentially a water bus connecting 8 major sights along the Seine. However, it consumes a lot of time if used as a hop-on/hop-off transport. If you plan to visit the sites along the route, this would not be the way to do it. Also, it cannot be used as a Paris lights tour, as it ceases operating... More

Just got back from my first trip to Paris. A colleague of mine, who lives in Paris, recommended we use Batobus. It's a "hop on/hop off" boat, on the Seine, that will take you to 8 stops. You can get a 1 day pass, 2 day...up to 5 days I think. I've included the link below so you can check... More

Although we have visited Paris many times we have never used the Batobus - until last week. We were on a flying visit - a couple of nights and only 1 full day on our way back from The Riviera - with a friend who hadn't visited Paris since childhood. Our plan was to make use of L'Open Tour to... More

I highly recommend that you take a night Seine river cruise. Paris shines at night. The bad news is that itis hard to tell the different operators apart (e.g., merciless tourist traps). Batobus is utilitarian, and comparatively cheap, but far too slow to make it a useful way to get around the main tourist circuit. The bus has 8 stops... More

Thank you very much for your feedback about the Batobus shuttle service. We agree that you will not be able to visit all main tourist attractions in one day. It is just an alternative and relaxing way of getting around in Paris. This service starts at 10 am and stops at 7 pm during low season and at 9.30 pm... More

If your day is planned around seeing the sights within walking distance of the batobus stops then this can be an enjoyable means of transportation. If not, rethink your options. With the batobus, there can be a lengthy wait and there is no shelter while you wait. There is no commentary and is not meant to be a scenic tour.... More

Batobus was a convenient, pleasant and cost-effective way to get to most of the major tourist attractions in Paris along the Seine, in combination with a scenic cruise. We choose Batobus b/c our hotel in the Marais was steps from Hotel de Ville which is one of the stops on the Batobus, we loved the flexibility of limitless hop-on, hop-off,... More

If you want to enjoy the sights along the Seine, do not need a fuzzy amplified description of what you are seeing, enjoy the convenience of doing your own thing, and the weather is clear, Batobus is a good ride at a good price. You are in a small enclosed space so screaming children can be annoying, but you can... More

We were staying in the East of Paris, and wanted to view Paris from the Seine, however on looking at Bateaux Mouches and Bateaux Parisien, we decided on Batobus instead because:- 1. We could hop on and off where we pleased, 2. We could join the boat at any of their 8 stops, 3. We could take as many journeys... More
