I Had a FABULOUS experience rolling central Paris around with Blue Bike Tours... the streets are flat & the roads are bike friendly. We had a variety of people on the tour both young & old and from all over the globe. Our guide Hava was lovely... very engaging and humorous; filled with an abundance of historical information that changed... More

Best of Paris Tour bike tour was an active and entertaining way for us (Mom, Dad and girls 13, and 14) to see the quintessential sites. Peddling kept us warm on a cool, sunny March day and Leatitia's upbeat, inside scoop on the stories behind the monuments was interesting to hear. We got an idea of where the sites we... More

This was a wonderful day at Versailles! Hava clearly loves her job and the history of Paris and Versailles! We enjoyed everything from the train ride(above ground), the shopping for lunch in town and the biking around the grounds. The afternoon time in the palace was not very busy which is also a great reason to take this tour. Our... More

We went on the 'Best of Paris' tour with Hava as our guide. Our group was 10 people which was a perfect size. It was a bit cold but they gave out free gloves which was an excellent idea. The tour was very informative and fun with just the right amount of cycling compared to talking. Hava was very well... More

Our family (kids: 14,12 & 8) spent a chilly day riding around Paris with a wonderful guide who's enthusiasm for the city and the sites was contagious. The kids enjoyed the bike ride so much that they all voted it as their favorite activity in Paris. The tour was a great way to see all of the major highlights of... More

First let me say we thoroughly enjoyed the bike ride through the Paris streets. However, we did not schedule a bike ride, we scheduled a bike tour. Our ride took us past several landmarks where we would stop to listen to our guide describe what we were viewing. Her descriptions lacked depth and even a slight sarcasm to her delivery.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our Secrets of Paris bike tour. After an orientation to our bikes and the local rules of the road, we headed out on what proved to be a fun and informative excursion. JB was a wonderful tour guide, and we learned a lot. We appreciated the rain ponchos provided by the company, as they were needed for... More

Really enjoyed my tour, informative and relaxed guide. Cycling is a great break from walking when you're exploring a new city. Was also able to change the date of my tour at the last minute with no problem which was much appreciated.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
