My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful day in Versailles with Blue Bike Tours. The guides are very knowledgeable about the chateau and the grounds. The tour was fantastic! I knew we wanted to see Versailles... I also knew the crowds would get to me. Thank goodness I found this tour. Not only was it something different, it was so fun and informative! The biking around the grounds, the market, the picnic, the history lessons... WAY better than just visiting the palace and the crush of the crowds. Thank... More

We booked this tour based on the information on the webpage, saying we can skip the line to visit the Chateau and skip the line. Yes you can visit the Chateau -- but not until 5pm! The Chateau is opened till 6:30pm which means you can only have 1.5 hours. The tour spent most of the time in other places... More

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC TOUR OF VERSAILLES with LAETITIA!!! We spent the whole day with a small group and our 3 family members. I loved riding the train together and getting to know one another on way to Versailles. Laetitia our guide helped us pick out picnic items from the local market and then we got our bikes. We really loved our day with Blue Bike Tours. JP showed us many hidden gems in his "Secret Paris" tour - while we passed many of the city's well-known highlights, he had carefully chosen places that were slightly off the beaten track, and was full of interesting facts about his hometown. I would highly recommend Blue Bike Tours to everyone!

We did two Blue Bike Tours - the first in Paris and the second in Versailles. Thibault was our tour guide for both. The tours were well-organized and moved efficiently. Thibault, our tour guide, was lovely to interact with and gave the perfect amount of information. We found it was a nice mix of stress-free touring (the tickets were all... More

Can't say enough good things about Blue Bike Tours and in particular our guide Antoine! Booking the tour was very easy and Blue Bike provided clear directions on where to meet up at the train station in Paris. From there, Antoine took great care of us throughout the day. He was very kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Versailles and... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
