Small and cozy place to listen to jazz before going out for dinner. The singer and piano player were at arm length and it felt like being in our own living room !
The place is small but cozy and the way u r seeted feels welcomed. The music is excellent and very jazzy. loved every moment.
Went specifically to Sunset to see the excellent Zabel. What a wonderful place to watch a band. Great atmosphere and acoustics. The simple bar upstairs doesn't really give you any idea as to what lies beneath! Like the famous Cavern in Liverpool. Would recommend to anyone seeking a respite from the normal Paris attractions.
Was superb. Hall is small and you should sit like in bus, but you can fell how deep energy fill everyone. Was great Jazz, I will visit this place in future for sure.
We thoroughly enjoyed the group playing -- Riccardo Del Fra joue les B.O de Lucas Belvaux on this evening. The place is crowded and not that comfortable but the atmosphere and music were worth it.
We saw the talented duo 7eme Gnome here in April. Great gig, good ambience and no silly prices. Also the performance started at around 20.00 and finished after about 1 hr. just right after a day sight-seeing
We enjoyed Susie Arioli and her band. Performance, sound quality were both terrific. This is a tiny club. Seating is tight and the cafe chairs very small. If you're a little chubby, arrive early and request seating on one of the two banquets. It can be warm in this small space, so dress in lightweight clothing, but don't even think... More
For anyone interested in jazz this is the place to visit in Paris. I spent 4 of my 8 nights in Paris in this club. The jazz is of a consistently high standard. The service is very friendly. The seating is slightly tight but all seats have uninterrupted sightlines. The sound quality is very good. If you stay for the... More
This club was a terrible experience. The musicians were so into themselves they forgot to entertain the audience. At the entrance we were told the show would last till 12:30 or 1:00 a.m. At 11:00 the band stood up to leave and half the audience made good their escape. A member of stall shouted for a encore. After the 20... More
walking distance from hotel which helps when coming back late after a third set, good jazz, ambiance of old paris jazz clubs
