We were so lucky! Our hotel was next door to Le Grand Èpicerie and our breakfasts came from this temple of food. What a variety!!! We are frequent visitors to France and are very used to the wonders of French cuisine, but shopping at Le Grand Épicerie gives visitors a great opportunity to try more than the usual restaurants' offerings.... The food was good but service seriously needs improving. We nearly were knocked out of the way when we entered and had to ask for the bill three times before it finally arrived. Shame it used to be much better than this

Who knew grocery shopping could be so much fun? Ina Garten goes here all the time, so I say, if it's good enough for Ina... it's good enough for me! Staying in a hotel, limited my purchases at La Grande Epicerie. However, i did procure a canvas shopping bag with their logo and filled it up with some wine, olives,... More

this place is amazing for ostentatious luxury , but what I like the most is the great epicerie where you can find delicious things to eat. If you go there on a nice sunny day , bought one of the delicious sandwiches prepared at the time and enjoy it while sitting on a park bench near . Or choose a... More

Incredible selection of food and impeccably merchandised. Great for to get food for a picnic and food gifts to bring home.

The pastries have to be appreciated with the eyes as well as the mouth. The prices are high (I never thought I would pay $15 for a dessert) but oh my goodness was my Gateau St-Honore good, lasted me more than one day, so perhaps the price was only slightly ridiculous.

This place has everything you could need and is of course very beautiful. The cashiers pack your bags for you (unlike other 'normal' supermarkets in Paris). But underlying all this, there are some problems. The place was just renovated but the aisles are too narrow for all the tourists who come here to gawk. The vegetable prices are insane and... More

This is a beautiful store with 4 floors of food, cooking tools and numerous places to sit and eat. There are more varieties of food items than I've ever seen and all presented in a beautiful setting with helpful staff. I look forward to going back!

The worse caesar salad I have ever eaten at La Table a restaurant inside Bon Marche Le Grand Epicerie. The only thing amazing was the lack of service. So many staff but noone to serve! One waiter came back and he was buzzing around and finally got some orders taken. The salad leaves were brown and looked like they had... More

La Grande Epicerie has, in a word, EVERYTHING. The food, the wine, food gadgets and cookware--it's all there. I love to visit this place when we are in Paris, and on our last trip we went as soon as we'd dropped off our things at our rented apartment. We met friends there and had a lovely lunch before wandering around... More
