We had our first poor experience in Amsterdam, and then had pre-booked the Paris Eiffel Tour tour and underground. It turns out Viator is an aggregator for toher tour companies. We get to the designated area and no one shows up from the tour company. All of a sudden about 5 minutes before tour time a woman (Katrine) is standing... More

We book a small group trip to Loire Valley with Paris Trip Company through Viator. We were told the pick up time is 6:15 am. We waited from 6:00 am till 8:00 am. No one show up. I called Paris Trip office several times and no one answered. We could have gone to a different trip instead of wasting our... More

On May 3 we had a Link Paris tour from LeHavre to Paris.. The tour was outstanding and the guide, Giselle, was superb. She was very knowledgeable and kept us very well informed about what we were seeing. Flexibility must be her middle name. I had no idea we could possibly see and appreciate so many things in Paris. I... More

We had booked a tour to Versailles a few weeks in advanced before going to paris. Once we got there, we found out that they had lied before and wouldn’t be able to pick us up at the hotel that we were staying at, but we had to take a taxi to a “meeting spot”. We waiting and waited at... More

A wonderful day with a fantastic guide, Ricardo, whose knowledge and ability to guide our small group through the huge crowds was exceptional. The afternoon around Marie Antionette's garden was an extra highlight and nowhere near as crowded as the main palace and gardens. A memorable day.

We chose Paris- Link. It is a train trip to Caen. We were met at the train station by our guide. We had a group of eight and an excellent guide. He spoke perfect English and was most knowledgeable about the history and much local information not usually noted in the history books. This is a very moving experience which all... More

This was a wonderful, informative and very moving day. Our tour guide Nicola was excellent. She provided us with a historical narrative of the lead up to the battles and answered questions with wonderful knowledge of the era. My husband and I both learned so much and she sparked our interest to read more on our return. The Canadian War... More

Yes it is one of the best and cheapest ways of seeing the sights in most cities. Paris is magic and on a nice summers day there is nothing better than visiting a market and buying some beautiful bread and cheese and bottle of red and sitting on the bridges watching the world go buy(cost nothing!) The atmosphere of the... More

Went on this day trip with our guide Regis, who was fantastic. A very early morning, but it was well worth the lack of sleep in! This trip took us around the significant World War I sites in northern France with plenty of opportunity to stop and reflect. With ANZAC day approaching, I would strongly recommend, a truly remarkable day!
