Yes it is one of the best and cheapest ways of seeing the sights in most cities. Paris is magic and on a nice summers day there is nothing better than visiting a market and buying some beautiful bread and cheese and bottle of red and sitting on the bridges watching the world go buy(cost nothing!) The atmosphere of the... More

Went on this day trip with our guide Regis, who was fantastic. A very early morning, but it was well worth the lack of sleep in! This trip took us around the significant World War I sites in northern France with plenty of opportunity to stop and reflect. With ANZAC day approaching, I would strongly recommend, a truly remarkable day!

An open bus drive around the sights. The buildings are amazing. Lots of shops of all delights and treasures. A day at Disneyland was... More

There are many famous cities: London, New York, Tokyo, Rome, and, yes, even Moscow, not to mention the dozen or so I have neglected to mention. But none of them, irrespective of their famous attributes can be referred to as cities of charm. This recognition is reserved only for Paris. It is truly a ville de charme! When one visits... More

Jaloo Maneck enjoying their trip at the western districts of Paris, the Palais de Chaillot and the Palais Bourbon (National Assembly). A lovely place to be where Joy exists. With fine cool weather and lovely monuments of architectural beauty one falls in love with this lovely capital of France. A tourists dream come true.

In my opinion the most beautiful building in Paris there is the Saint Chapelle. It consists from uppear chapel and lower chapel. As I am Czech, it is important for me, that Charles IV (later the Czech king and the Roman imperor) were married here.

Paris has a sparkling life and I was enjoying it. I love cooking so that is the reason why I come here, just to eat as much as I can and hope that I can cook for my family. Beside the food, I was really overwhelmed by the architecture, wow amazing!!!! Stunning!!!! Romantic!!! Great exrperience that I will never forget... More

Staying in Bercy / Nation

Neighborhood Profile
Bercy / Nation
Nestled between the Seine, Bastille, and Père Lachaise lies a peaceful side of town where wide avenues and impressive buildings accompany green spaces and small parks. Landscaped havens are plentiful, from the Bercy Park to La Coulée Verte and most impressively the Bois de Vincennes, which even contains a medieval castle on its doorstep. For an escape from the masses head to this calming neighborhood where real Parisians make their homes.
