We were there by chance. We heard someone singing opera and French chansons when we passed by. The entree were very good, the plat were so so, but we still liked it very much because of the atmosphere. It's a pub downstairs from 10:30pm to 5am every night with 20 euros entry fee.

My wife and I went expecting a steamy burlesque show, but were pleasantly surprised by an incredible musical troupe that sang in at least 9 languages! The atmosphere was really fun and positive. We had an absolutely wonderful time, and felt like we had stumbled upon something really special.

My brother recommended this place to us when we were in Paris. He told us about the show and how much fun he had before. We went there for dinner and it turned out to be a really bad experience. Actually it's the worst experience during our Europe trip. Our waiter was rude and kept showing special menu (by special... More

I went here several times with a friend who has been visiting Paris almost every year for the past few decades and know the Olivier, the pianist, pretty well. We stayed upstairs enjoying the piano bar and often singing along with the French and (occasionally) English songs. At one point we did a duet version of "Route 66." The food... More

Found this place on Trip Advisor and went there with my wife last night. We had the perfect night. Food was good, price was fine, waiters all great and the music fantastic! Started with easy love songs by a professional singer but developed into all sorts of great acts. The staff started singing late night and they were great too!... More

I had a fantastic time at this venue! Loved when the English music came on the whole bar got up and started dancing and singing! I wish we had come earlier so we could have watched some of the beautiful singing upstairs! Staff are very friendly!

This is such an usual place... Two different ambiances, downstairs live music in a cave with such a great mood! and upstairs, piano singer playing old tunes.

We had a wonderful time upstairs in the jazz bar area. The piano players are great, and we even had an Opera Singer during our visit. The salmon tartare is beautiful. Downstairs is a night club with a cover, starting around 11pm. Order a bottle of wine, some food, and enjoy the show.

The Aux Trois Mailletz club is a long running venue for great live music Wonderful jazz concerts take place here regularly. It is located in the 5eme arrondissement. Nowadays it has a cabaret show as opposed to the earlier days when it was essentially a jazz club.

My first time here was over 20 years ago, and I had an incredible time. This visit was enjoyable as well, but it was missing a bit of the earlier magic. A few observations: There is a Latin band that plays until about 23:45, after which the main show starts. The Latin band is pretty uninspiring, so make a reservation... More

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
